***uming this is the same Don Von that worked at Performance ***ociates in the 1960s, I am looking to contact him also. My father recently purchased the AHRA Champion Sunbeam Tiger driven by Gordon Chittenden and sponsored by Larry Reed. It needs complete restoration and I am doing research on it for him. So if anyone has any information on contacts or pictures, please help me out.

    Thanks for any help!

    All,
My Name is Jason Nauta, my Grandmother was Jane (Von Dwingelo) Nauta - she was married to Don in the Late 50's - Early 60 and Was (apparently) the driver who set the top speed in the car. The last she knew about this car was that it had been sold by Don in Florida - and was further customized. I would love to know more about the history of the car as well as any of the Patterson Artisans that worked on it. We don't really have any contact with Don or his family so that history is difficult to recreate.

So @Tony Von Dwingelo did your Fathers love of Custom rub off on you?

He sure did go Radical without a doubt...
