Going to be in Orange County tomorrow, lookin for something to do

My brother has a orientation at Fulerton. Me and my dad want to do something, hit up some shops that are good or see some kool stuff. Im leaving tomorrow so if theres anything you guys know of please post it here. Thanks.

Isn't the Thursday Cruise at Giovanni's on Harbor/Imperial in Fullerton still running?

 

yeah, but there might be 4 cars there that qualify as traditional

check out Circle City Hot Rods in Orange and Walden Speedshop in Pomona...

 

How much and more info on the drags. And where abouts is circle city hot rods. Is it that one with that little cut up van? I am going to be there till friday maybe saturday. But leaving tomorrow and looking for stuff to do while I have the computer.

Your right about the 'traditional' scene at the races but what else is there to do on a Thursday?

Thursday night drags start at 5pm-10pm and its only 10 bucks a person. Good food, homemade sausages (beware of the ****y ones!) and free nachos with your ticket at King Taco. I'll be there testing my Nova (look for the pink 68) stop by and say hi. There's been a bunch of nice bigger cars getting ready for super chevy, and its always intertaining to watch the guys who have not ever raced before.

Thursday is Giovanni's may not be a bad place to see a few local cars. runs untill about 8pm or so.
