Pics probably have been around, but I just love this '32. Are there anymore pics of it out there? Any info?
Yeah that one's pretty cool. It belonged to a neighbor or relative of a HAMBer who posted those pics last year.
I said the coolest ""I've"" ever seen. Show one thats cooler! Where's the popcorn, this should be good.... and lets be modest, show one thats not your own...
i agree its c0000l! but where is the rest of it?! :eek heres one thats coooool -dont know whos it is though. - this is how i like them. http://img247.imageshack.us/img247/2293/nat0644gu0.jpg
That 3 window belongs to a guy that lives in the neighborhood where I grew up. He is the whole reason I love this hobby so much. When I was younger, I always went to his place to see what he was working on, and he was more than willing to take time and plant a hotrodding seed into a dumb kids head. He is about 65 years old now and in very bad health (illness caused from being around harmful chemicals during the Vietnam war). He still has the car, however it's not all in one piece anymore, but I think he still has everything to put it back together. Those are the only 2 pictures he has of it. I borrowed them about a year ago to post on the HAMB to see what everybody thought. To me, it's the epitamy of a traditional hotrod. The attached picture is the motor out of the car. As you can see, he added a couple of goodies to it since they took a picture of it in the car. He said he drove it around blown and injected for awhile.
NICE. Kind of shows you where we want to go and how it has always been. “’32” brought me into this thread but the ***le “Coolest '32 3 window I've ever seen”? well now I have to see. Not the coolest for me, but for those that want to have an idea about how? Period perfect. The channel and doors. The beltline flows with the tire radius, doesn’t have to be the wheelwell. And the spreaders saying look at me. the grill? the generator breaking flow? and I am sure someone will have their opinion about what wheels should have been run (that’s a given)…thing is? no internet I like to think he took a lot of **** from his friends with differing opinions that were actually building one but he stuck to what he wanted. Maybe this was a work in progress pic. Though I am going to agree with jonnycola.
Other than 3wLarry's(Bruce Meyers)car, this is the one that really catches my eye. Saw it at Pomona swapmeet.
not gonna lie... its probably my fav too.. the 12" or so channel does it for me.. that car has LINESSSS
Poor Larry will never live that one down. To me it will always be 3window Larry's car, the coolest, no other 3 window comes even close. I do like the one pictured, I could do without the "low" grill shell.
Not to take away from that car but, I have to give Larry another vote. I just can't get enough of his coupe. Absolutely my favorite 3 window duece
i absolutely love those photos of that 3window. is there any more? i ran across them a wile back.are ther any more photos of it? i am in the process of gathering parts to build a 32 3window coupe that will look alot like it with am 324 or 371 olds and and olds rearend. that coupe is right on. also 3wlarrys coupe is hard to beat those for the best looking 3window coupe.
I'm on track with you. that 3 window is neat. Can't beat an old Old's mill for traditional. SBC's are too belly****on
These two get my vote, but that's no secret. They're even the inspiration for another favorite three window in this thread...
Damn, looks **** a Weesner painting come to life! Especially with that grill shell mounted so low! Gotta' admit it, the guy had balls......................or he was a tenor!
I too think its too BEST 32 3 window i have seen i want one just like it!!! its not the best 32 ive seen over all there are two here in town ill have to get pictures of one we call "the Purple Wonder" and a cream yellow cabriolet with a Red Ram Hemi both owned by the same guy...
