generator brackett that mounts to a flathead ford intake,?

    i saw somewhere that there was a brackett that mounted to the intake bolts, to mount a gen/fan when their was no factory mount to the intake

    The commonest bolt-on flange was Weiand...it simply attached to the front 4 manifold bolts. I've seen simple fabricated plate equivalents--just a flat piece with a U cutout and four bolt holes set horizontally and a vertical plate to take the fan/generator mount.
    Manifolds with no flange were for '39-41 applications that had crank mounted fan and no need for anything other than the offset gen mount.

    Ive got to make one too..might do a run and sell them on here..will be a bit funkier than just a plate, will have gussets with gofast holes in em.Tig welded, will get the parts laser cut. anyone interested at sixty bucks?

    Has anyone ever considered utilizing a racemate charging system in the back of each water pump pulley and running a belt in a perfect triangle from crank to each water pump?

    Check with side valve at the hot rod company on here, I thunk he has what your looking for.

    So...who has those now?? Only ones I have are ancient finds, and there are lots of bracketless manifolds around.

    The bracket in the pic says V-Tardel on it...

    Anybody know if he still makes them? They aren't in his online catalogue anymore...

    Found this thread and it looks like it just turned 3 years old. I would like to bring it back to life by asking "anyone with pics of this part and Generator mounted to your flattie running 2 or 3 carb set-up?
