Very ingenious! Love the warrior. Are those trampoline springs on the helmet? The pieces gotta weigh a ton! Very well done!

I'm afraid that as good a photo as this may be, that car can in no way, shape or fashion be considered *art*.

Another coffee break sketch that might
be my color rendering next week.

  7. Those are pretty wild. The size/scale of them didn't come across very well for me. I saw the rotors and that gave me the idea, but it still doesn't seem to have the impact I imagine they would in person. I'd like to hear some more on the media/methods on these, also.

    Thanks,
    Kurt

Thanks for the feedback! The pieces really don't photograph well at all. They are all made from my OT race car parts and other **** from my s**** pile. They are actually very lightweight. The warrior guy is about 3.5 ft. tall and maybe 50 lbs. The horse and rider is made from a honda engine block, struts, rotors, etc... He weighs about 300 total. I started building them for welding practice. I'll post some more pix next week, or pm me for more info. Thanks again.

New painting underway. The stencil will be used on the painting, after all the other layers are finished.

Couple of recent tatts. The 1st is all about how much luck I have - which seems endless sometimes, the second my car.

I did a lot of "covert" stencil art in Long Beach and L.A. in the late '80s and early '90s and have been debating reviving my p***ion for it. Now I may have to.

Not quite car related but maybe tattoo related? I did it for a friend's Birthday. It's been awhile since I painted anything and I am trying to get back into it. Let me know what you think.
