OK Rover - get into the woods and pull 340 pounds of parts off that upside down 34. Sit Rover. Good dog. Now sandblast that rocket panel. Roll over. Good dog. Now here's the undercoating. Sit up, shake a paw. There's the brush, go paint the shed. Good dog. Thanks for bringing my beer.....just get the hell off my leg.

On the battlefield it would be cool for a while, till the other team got them then it's "clone wars". Do we really Want to make Star Wars a reality? Imagine nuclear holocaust with those things running free.
Sad fact is it would probably just wind-up as a police tool. And that ain't good. Could you imagine that thing in the hands of the average cop? Now that is the scariest thing I thought about in a long time!

The math and computation on that sucker is incredible. Quite a few of those guys did extra homework.... bet on it. Very cool, very innovative, and still very early in the grand scheme of things.

And Mules have sense enough not to go into an area with stuff exploding all around them...:)

This is kind of scary, but on the other hand, if they can perfect it, I can see multiple Military and civilian uses for it. Not to mention the possible uses by NASA.

They'll have to figure out a different way to power it in an oxygen free environment though, and I imagine it would take a whole lot of solar cells to move something that big for very long.

4WD has just been rendered obsolete. I wanna see these things race on a dirt track. Add weapons and you have a recipe for GREAT TV. We live in an amazing time. I always thought the 8th Man was fiction, but now I can't wait to smoke cigarettes to gain super-powers! :D
