Glad everyone had a good time. Thanks for the pics. I didn't get to see all of the cars. The turnout was unbelivible!

Awesome pictures, thanks! So jealous; I can hardly wait for car show season, yet here in Wisconsin we just got another foot of snow yesterday. It was spring break here this week too! Monday - Wednesday was alright though. Low 50's and sunny, melted most of the old snow. Roared around town in the Falcon for a couple days, had to get it back in the garage before It got snowed on...

Maybe I should have driven to Florida? :D

    It was a great show,

with the exception of the black and orange model A with the 4 foot high headers and the "rollin sixes" **** written all over it and lots of "look at me" junk bolted / painted on pretty much all over the place. Hey dude, thanks for continuing to give the California guys a reason to laugh at us.

And all the guys who seem to think that if one skull is cool, 50 skulls are 50 times as cool!!!

And the guys who had like 20 rubber rats on, around, in, and under their cars. Yeah guys, it's a rat rod, we get it.

But all in all I enjoyed it, and the weather was nice and cool. I'm not nearly as much of a "car show socialite" as a lot of guys, and I don't really make it to a lot of shows (I might go to one or two a year), but it was definitely worth going. I just hope the out of state guys set aside a few hours to check out the museum. It is truly a Mecca for traditional hot rodding.

    Good show guys, nice work.

Thanks to everyone who came out, it was an amazing show!!!

Repo guy, I almost gave that guy the jive bomber award, but there was a kid with a pickup that was so cobbled together i couldn't give it to the Rollin' 6's car.

    I saw the award thread.

I still would have given it to the rollin' sixes. To me, horrible style is worse than horrible workmanship.

I didn't mind the ratroddarifferic stuff....just a waste of a couple hundred bucks....but ...The BIGGEST piece of **** was the 56/57 corvette with the late model efi small block stuffed in it....what a HUGE waste of time and money. Now, if it had a tube axle and a blown 392 hemi, it would've been perfect.
