OK my opinion so don't get offended....BUT this Phaeton was beautiful inside and out staying with the Ford/Lincoln styling themes. Then you see the sbc. Sorry I still don't get it guys.
Hey he's stripe'in my `41..... what do ya think? Ford in a Ford.... it can be done..... This is Glenn Hayes aka AHotRod.... These were cool as was the whole car
My pal Art with his A. A genuine surviving `50's hot rod. Dig the baby blue Fedora Art. Gonna have to step up my crazy hat selection next year just to keep up! ha-ha! Getting some lettering for our trophy It started to sprinkle late so Alan made the best of it and announced the award winners The road home with Don up ahead, had a lot of fun. Got pretty snotty out by the time I got home. Do you guys still look back at your car after you park it and walk away? I admit I do, ain't she purdy?
Great pics! Makes me wish i had stayed overnight in Ocala.... I wanted to go but ended up going to Mobile,AL to buy some Y-block stuff from a fellow HAMB'er..gotta feed the Y-block addiction. On our way out of town we did stop at the BBQ place in front of the hotel, while the wife & kids were finishing their dinner I went out for a smoke and saw quite a bit of neat stuff pulling in.
Thanks for the pictures Mike. Great to see you again. I'm always glad to see Don on the road and havin' some fun. I still love that car. We appreciate you, Vic and Don coming up! About those lids, though.. Mike
Thanks for the pics, I was too busy working the back gate to get to see much of the show. About 2:00 I was given a p***, so I tried to do the whole show in 30 minutes... I was glad I had Green Stink (Yes, I was the fat guy on the little green minibike with the ape hangers dodging everybody) to see everything, even though I couldn't get to stop and LOOK look. and HANG hang, it was still a blast. IF you didn't see me, don't worry... the guy doing the Billetproof DVD found me... there's no way that spectacle will end up on the cutting room floor.
