As I mentioned awhile ago, I headed out to Roblins Garage near Picton to photograph some of there junkyard. There is easily over 3-400 cars that are getting crushed over the next few years, starting with the 50's and working their way up. More info at www.roblins.net Hurry up and get out there boys! I will be posting more photos as I process them....I only wish I could have spent some more time out there. I will be back in June or so when the snow has gone, the ground is dry and the flowers are out....

    Cool photos...

Too bad they can't start crushing the newer stuff, and work their way to the good old stuff.

Agreed, the cars are pretty rough since they have been sitting outside for so long, but I think if you offer them a couple of hundred bucks per car, you may get the whole thing...obviously some would be worth more, some less. Some of them had suprisingly good trim. They said they are going to start with the 50's first because they have been picked over the most. They are going to cut out the engines, diffs and whatever other usable parts they could see and go from there. I definatly saw some good projects...I just do not have the time or money for another project.

Agreed a lot of it is pretty rough, but some of the less common vehicles, like the 60's trucks were not too bad...

the first pic of the f2 or f3 has some good stuff on it. front brakes, shock arms steering box, brake and clutch pedal. All good stuff for an Av8. Do you got A bigger pic of the 55 Buick? thanks Jared

Fitzee, I think that is all I have of the 60. I will double check for you.

Jared, there was a few more F2 trucks there in pretty good shape. In regards to the Buick, I think that is the only one that I have. Do you mean a larger copy of that pic or one of the whole vehicle? If you want a larger copy, pm me. I think there was 2 more 55 or so Buicks...I know there was 2 or 3 Pontiacs...I have a ton of more pictures to go through. I will see what I can find for you guys.

There was also a few cars that I did not recognize because they did not have grills and such...I am pretty good at the trucks, but some of the cars still get me when they have no grille, hood ornaments and such....
