Granada posi

Did the granada have a posi as an option? If so was it common?

Grenada's had 8" rears, never saw one with a posi.

 

Nope......I've never seen one either.

 

A buddy of mine is a junker...grabs up and sells 8 and 9 inchers. He has occasionaly found a posi in a Granada, rarely though!!!!

 

Granadas also had the 8.7 spicer type rearends also.

 

Ford rearends with factory posi's had the letter L within the gear ratio.
3L73 9 = 3.73 gear 9" 3L55 9 75 = late model 9 3/4 RG w/ 3.55

 

I've only seen one. I'd like three if anyone finds a bunch of them.

I thought only Chevrolets had "posi".
