Being in the North East I know it must be hard to maintain any sort of business but are there any local drive ins in the Boston area ? I have heard of one or two but nobody knows if they still exist.
if you come to michigan i know their on east of flint on I 69 will caal my uncle as he is a big business man in boston and he knows all that old stuff
you talkin about drive in restaraunts or drive in movies? if you want a drive in movie, RI has a few just over the border
theres still an operating drive in theatre in northfield m***achusetts , its in the western part of the state
WOW. I didn't know that the Strasburg Drive in (in OHIO about 2 hours north of me) was the second oldest continous used drive in, in the world.
There is a drive in movie theatre in Smithfield,RI on Rt146 near Rt295, plus there is one in Mendon, MA on Rt 16. When I was growing up in Malden, MA., there were three drive in theatres on Rt 16 in less than five miles, two in Medford a half a mile apart, and one in Revere. I seem to remember there was one up in Saugus that we went to. There were plenty more around M***achusetts, but there was no reason to travel to them when we had such a selection in our own back yard.
