    well some of you new that i had sold my little roadster on egay a while back, well i finallly had to see it go, ill miss it, it was a blast to drive, i never even got to drive it in good weather either and really enjoy it, oh well, there more in line.

    its gonna go to switzerland to a man named Jan, hes having it deliverd to hollywood CA to a freinds and then hes gonna drive it to vegas for VIVA, so if you see it there and him say hi, you might find yourself coversating with a swiss! hes a nice guy and hope the best for him and it. he cant wait to get it and dig in and have some fun.

    Sounds like it is getting a good home. Our friends in Europe really appreciate American hot rods.

    some cars you never want to see leave. (they aint leavin for nothin)
    others (goood ones) i like seeing them go. means you have money in hand & the thrill of going out huntin around to get a different one. :D

    Hopefully you now have some extra cash to buy a certian '29 roadster body as a replacement.

    In MN we let the plate go with the car, we fill out a form that says we sell the car so its not in our name so no biggy.

    I hope that sell worked out for you.

    Wanna make a bet the hubcaps / aircleaner don't make it to the new owner during transport. I'd send Jan a copy of the pictures as it left your possession. (Unfortunately I've learned this from experience.) Good luck!

    Beautiful car! Jeff, did you have this one at BTT50's or N. St. Paul? It looks very familiar.

    personally i hate seeing all these cars going to europe. anyone else?
    don't get me wrong i'm guilty of it once but it was a 66 chevy van.

    i got pics of all of the loading and stuff and what was there, so hopefully nothing happens

    i never had it at bttf or north st paul, i got it driving in october and just drove it to the pile up and that was it.

    i dont really care if i sell a car overseas, they paid me for it, so they can take it where they want, and do what they want with it.

    theres plenty of cars and projects around.
