    Cam covers look like Offy, v-8 layout means a Novi motor. Big Noise!

    I would dearly love to hear that monsewr undsr power.

    possibly a 5.4L offy/novi,Chuck Stevenson raced back in the early 50's in nascar,indy,and formula 1.

    Chuck Stevenson did run an offy motor, Clay Smith was his mechanic..

    That's the D.O.H.C. conversion of the Studebaker V-8 built by Willie Utzman for Agajanian. It never ran in competition because the inertia starter broke the snout off the crank.
