I nice mixture of the so-called "florida abortions" along with some really nice cars. What the **** is going through some peoples heads when they do these things beats me. Photoshopped Chrome Reverse wheels was the icing on the cake. I like the pics of the Big Daddy Don's museum too! It looks like it was a good time had by all my friend.

Dude that kinda stuff is what makes hot rodding and customizing look like a joke, and when new people see this stuff they get a false look at this type of automotive hobby(ratrods)....1 in 500? I don't have anything against patina or rusty stuff, but the stupid **** has got to stop. There was alot of cool pics too,but some of it was a waste of bandwith..........

Yep, your right, wrong tiki. Although yours was a great work of art. For thoughs that weren't there, it took two men and a boy to lift it. :D

Seriously, very well crafted and obviously a LOT of time put into it.

From the looks of it, the "Shabby Chic" cars are not out of line from what I have seen at the NorCal show.

A pleasant surprise, considering what I have been reading here!

Welcome back home, I'm so glad to here that you enjoyed yourselves on your vacation break to Billetproof Florida and the cruise ship.
You my friend are a great man, your p***ion for HotRods and people is amazing. What a great time we all had togather, although it was way to short.
The photgraphs that you took are excellant, I had no idea that you captured those moments of shock and joy of me..... I'm truly honored.
Thank You for the BIG HUG and prayers my brother :D!
We have allot to get caught up on, so I will call.
    Friends for life,

Man, I sure hope there was a trophy for "best trophy". Those rocked. Nice cars too. Wish I could have timed my trip down there! Wanna do it again in two weeks?

Hey Bruce. I had carved the wooden Tiki. I remember talking in the lobby...we'll see about doing another carving for 2009!

So now, since we came out to the east coast, the only question is how many are coming to the west coast for Midnight M***?:D

Us Poor Boys are just plain country folk, not like you city slickers up in NY...:D

I think you should move down south, you'd like it here.

Bruce, I think we are looking into a trip out your way for Midnight M***. Our official travel agent is going to check for us.:)

    Most excellent post Bruce.
Great pics and a nice little story too.
It was great getting to meet you and Jay and your gals. Now I have a face to put with the emails and posts too. It kind of blew me away that you all took the time and expense to come here for the show, as well as the other chapters also.
We are working on Midnight M*** plans. Looks like I will be for sure, as Debi and I are coming out to see her parents at that time, and are making plans to be at the show. The rest of the guys are looking into if they can make it or not.
Thanks again for coming and thanks for the great pics.
