Ok, I just finished bleeding the brakes on the Dodge. They're working, but are about the same as they were before. I found out that I had Wilwood residual pressure valves both front and rear. Since I've heard nothing but bad things about willwood valves, I'm going to order some new ones from Stainless Steel Brakes. I'll put a new 10lb in the back and a new 2lb in the front and see if that will get a hard pedal. At least I can drive it again. I'll let you know if the valves fix it whenever they get here. Thanks to all you guys who helped me out.

Keep pluggin' along, you'll get it.
I remember when it got to putting in the brakes on my '53, I thought " now what could go wrong with this? " That was two years ago...still takes one pump to get decent pedal. And thanks to you posting your problems, I tackled it again this weekend. I took out my proportioning valve and FINALLY have pedal. Musta been air in the valve that I couldn't bleed off.
So, I owe you and the other advisors a big thanks! Good luck!

Wayferer, Did you bench bleed the master cylinder? We had that problem on my dads roadster.
