really a 3 year old thread?!! yup this is very small 3-4 row swap, great parts, older rodders. you gotta get way early in the morning for the good stuff. I believe it will be on next Saturday the 11th.
BB, Yes it is like every other month or once a quarter. Sat 11 Sep is the next swap. Get there around 6 AM to get the deals !
Is there a Scholl exit? I thought that off-ramp was Harvey Dr, right in front of Glendale Adventist Med Center, right? I believe you can access the off ramp east and west. Someone please correct me if I am wrong. Hate to be the guy that gets people lost.
http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&q...code_result&ct=image&resnum=1&ved=0CBMQ8gEwAA Going west it says to take the Figueroa exit also. Get there early.
West bound 134 exit Figueroa/Colorado and stay on the fig lane and make a left at the stop sign. East bound 134 exit Figueroa and it will U into fig and it will be on your right.
Guys, This is one great little swap. I think it runs every other month from May to Sep. Had a great time this time. Got a "A" Nerf Bar and a Nash (late 50s) steering wheel from DeSoto and an oil pan for my Ford C-4 trans. Spent some time with Eddie taking about his Kusto Merc project. Pretty good crowd of guys making some deals.
Dude, you got that "A" nerf bar!!, I totally saw it but, I know I shouldn't be buying that sort of stuff without a project to go on. I found a nice vintage rear carrier for vintage bikes and some cool trim tape that might work for one of our interiors.
