    its at the Woodlands Horse and Dog track 9700 Leavenworth Road

    I believe its at the Woodlands Dog track. I know a truck load of us are heading down. I've been to the falll meet, way better than most around here, I heard the spring meet is way better, guess we'll find out.

    I'm Going for shure. the spring meet is always better than the one in the fall.

    We got rain all day and now snow but we're on the edge of it. Hope the weather is good Saturday. I think I'll wear my cowboy hat

    I was there today windy windy.Did'nt see no great deals today but maybe sat when it's in full swing.

    yeah sounds like it not going to be a perfect day. I'll be waring my black cowboy hat pulling a red wagon with a 34 grill in it for sale
     

  19. I stayed home already had parts and a driver that was crippled. But don't feel bad if you were out in it the Pusher was in the driveway and the new dizzy had to get from my hand to the little hole in the back of the intake.:D

    So who scored what, was it worth the trip to the woodlands? I've always scored my best deals when the weather was crappy.

    vega box and streering u joint 100 bucks, couple alunium intakes 70 bucks steering wheel for my bead roller 2 bucks some 4 k&n filters for my valve covers 10 each and some carb studs 5 bucks a pack of 4. stocked up on them. Hemi valve covers and some other odds and ends. Not a bad day

    I picked up a model A axle, wishbone, spring and spindles for 80.00
    I also found a 39 chevy pickup dash for 25.00
    got a 56 corvette dash for 30.00, then sold it to a guy in the parking lot for 55.00

    seems like there weren't as many good deals as years past. oh well maybe we can hope for better weather for springfield in august.
