That Caddy in the first set is *****in. And Denise looks to be havin too much fun, as usual. Watch out for inspector squirrel!
I just run on to this post and thought I would let you know about the color. It may have already been discussed but I'll throw in the facts. It is a color I made for James Austin who is the owner of the 55. It is his color and I just call it "James Austin Green". I'm real crazy about it and wish I had kept it for myself.
There ya go, straight from the man himself. It's about time there was a Gary Howard row up at the Roundup! Stunning!
GREAT shots Mike. The one of Terry and his lovely wife is fantastic. It was wonderful seeing you again, abit for a short time. Sure which the event was a week long.
that....ride.....ruled me this past weekend. hands-down my #1 pick of LSR. HANDS-DOWN. my crew and i saw it in just about every other shade of coral/salmon known to man. just an oustanding color/paint job.
I'm bummed I didn't take one of the two of you watching the minibike races. Would have been a good photo to add to that part of the story.
Good slide shows Mike..they were nice and quiet so they must have been wrapped in your insulation.... Shameless plug for ya there hehehehe I had to go abck and look cause i didn't even see Terry at first hehehe
Usually its just a Gary Howard cluster. I pour over Garys work everytime I see it. This years Houston Autorama was one of those events dang Gary you do nice work. And the '55, Sean was doing its interior at the same time as my '65 Riviera so I got to really eye it. Sir, you are a legend who I've admired your work for so long. Hope to meet ya one day.
Thanks for the info. It looks real close to the Metallic Green of the late 60's/ early 70's. I saw it on a car at one of the shows in Seattle and have always liked it. Larry
