    Heat wrench...

Put some heat on it first, then give it a couple of taps with a hammer and it should come right out... Notice the word "Should"...

  4. heat it up and you should hear a "pop" when it comes loose, then loosen bolt

If it's in a place that you do not want to use an open flame, I've heated a piece of 3/8" or 1/2" steel rod cherry red and then held the rod against the bolt head to transfer engouh heat to loosen things up.

As said in other posts, heating the bolt to about 350 degrees F will soften the locktite and you can remove the bolt. If you get the bolt above that temperature it would be a good idea to use a new bolt when you install the new oil pump.

Incase the other replies were not enough... Heat the thing up with a torch, and you will be good to go... most likely...

Hair dryer in close proximity for few minutes s/b enough to do it, or a soldering iron on the head of the bolt. Doesn't take too much to soften it up.

I'll pile on the heat bandwagon. I've used heat on the fastener itself (don't get crazy but get it good 'n warm) with good results.
