OK, so we left last Wednesday morning at 3:30 am and spent two days driving out to Austin. Spent friday and Saturday at the show and then another two days driving back. Home late Monday night. Been smiling ever since.

Seven of us. 3 hot rods. One chase vehicle. Best 6 days I have had in a long time. I will let the pictures tell the story.

I actually mapped out the trip from Maryland after I saw Ryan's post as I'm thinking of doing it next year. Its been a couple of years since I did a long road trip and I'm feeling the need to hit the road ! Very cool hot rods guys(and gal's), looks like you had a blast....:D

The best part of a rod run is running the rod down the road. That looks like it was a great trip.

You guys were the only other rodders we saw on the whole trip up and back. It was great seeing your rides rollin' down the highway! Good to hear you made it back home.

I really liked the roadster pickup, actually it was the only car I took a picture of all weekend. I liked the dash becuase I put the same dash in my A.
