All those body mods, and you couldn't center the tailgate handle?

looks like he had to narrow the bed (and T-gate) and took it outa one side only. easier that way i suppose.

the workmanship looks real good. i think an S10 bed woulda looked better (proportionaly) though. just my opinion and i suppose it is too late now. i dig the Caddy fins. i woulda realy liked to see this thing with an S10 bed rather than the full size and then all the other stuff done to it that you have done... then HAMMER it on the ground with some air bags... but thats just me. ;)

i'm not tryin to rip ya one just to make myself feel cool like alot of guys on here. just expressing my opinion in as polite a way as i know how.

Don't take these guys to seriously, about your tailgate latch handle. I've got an idea they are all left handed. It looks good to me,but I'm right handed.

Nice job on the chop. The truck looks a tad too modern by this forums standards though.

Not to pick on ya but just about every trinket vendor for the late model trucks like that bed came off sells a kit to move the handle to the inside and smooth off the tailgate. It's the details that make or break a finished custom.

But then I am left handed.

The bed is a full size bed, but it has been reproportioned. It is now narrower than a S10 bed & I do not know about the length compared to a S10. It's a 6' bed. The fenders have had around 4" removed. The frame has been lengthened the same amount that the cab has been lengthened....I personally think it does not look pleasant to you because of the pictures....at least I hope so.

The tail gate was done with the offset to be different & at least that might of worked worked.

    Here is another pic.

True it's different but it takes away from all the work done on the rest of the truck. To be kind, It just doesn't work or flow with the rest of the truck. It sticks out like a pimple would on Taylor Swifts nose.

    ive got your back.

  16. That might be a right-handed tailgate from New Zealand.

Now if you'd moved the license plate over under the handle, you'd have that '60's asseemytricality going on.

I dont have a problem with trucks with new beds. I think its a good idea some times.

That tail gate though....It screams... I cut one side of the tail gate becasue it was easier than relocating the handle. It does not say....I have been narrowed and the handle relocated to one side to be different.
