Note sticker in trunk. There was absolutely ZERO rust in the car. The doors closed nicer than the doors on a new Lexus. The shop owner seemed to think a complete fluid change and a new set of tires and It would be perfect. And yes, the 64 is for sale.
Well, you already know it's damn nice, so I'm not going to say it! Funny about the engine color: It's very wrong for that year Buick (original was an apple green), but I've got a '56 322 that was rebuilt at one time and painted the exact same color. If you buy it, I've got a stock 4-bbl intake for it. You'll either have to find an original 4bbl carb for it, or another early 4bbl (WCFB, I think). The started circuit runs through a pot on the base of the carb, so to keep the "golf cart" ignition system, you'll need an original carb. -Brad
So... Did you buy it or what?! Not a single one of your posts in this thread indicated you bought it... I sure hope you did!! Travis
IF I didnt know better Id say that was my old 55 Special..Mine was about that clean...Same exact color inside and out,,,,

[/ QUOTE ] That seems to be pretty commonon on rebuilds, the original color is a little more difficult to find, most end up Pontiac blue for some reason.
That car is sharp!! Is it for sale? I (much like a few others) dont rememeber seeing anything about you, or anyone else buying it. I saw a similar Black Buick for sale in a salvage yard in Supulpa a few months back. The car was in good shape. I meen, Yeah it was missing parts, but nothing major. It still had all its important glass, body panels and what not. I was told that the car was running and being driven on a regular basis 3 years ago. If I remeber correctly, the guy wanted more than I had (imagine that).
