If I was going to pick at nits, it would be the little blue lights under the grille. But other than that this car gives me wood. I hope when it's finished we get another thread with about 20 or 30 detailed pictures. That's one sweet car.

In 2009 when the Stude Club holds its International Meet in South Bend, you MUST take this and fry the minds of the purists!

If Preston Tucker had designed the nuclear bomb, this is what it would have looked like. Fucking outstanding.

Keep in mind that the car is up in the air on jackstands in the painted pics.

That car just flat works. All of the proportions look to be right on the money.

It looks like a WWII fighter waiting to head out on a mission.

And it just might start a shiny paint trend!!

Really nice. What brand of beer do you guys drink so I can go buy some?

And I thought it looked killer without the paint...

It would look really great doing around a buck forty on the salt, but that's just an opinion:D.

Russ (the Cisco Kid) is not able to log on here to post. He has read the posts and he encourages anyone who doesn't think the car doesn't sit/look/taste/smell right to try to build their own so he can chime in on how HE would do it.

    I would have to concur.

As for the water? We are 15 miles downwind from the Clinton nuclear power facility.

He appreciates the comments and adds, "it ain't too bad for a $50 field car". ha ha ha

Having had the honor to meet Russ and see the car firsthand, I don't think other people are qualified to truly appreciate the quanity of beer that really went into the design and build of this car. I say that will all due respect of course.

I think a you tube burnout is in order.

There will always be critics, no matter how fantastic something is. I'd like to see those critics build anything close to as out of the box as this and get it right.

He built it like he wanted, it came out AWESOME! I'm sure he's happy, I know I would be.

It could use some red steelies and wide whites... ;)

yeah your right the picture is small you win, I just wish that guy in the picture would get off his 4 foot step stool so the car didnt look so small.

I have seen this car first hand a few times and it has the right proportions, There are some things that in my mind I might have done different but if it was mine it would be still on my one of these days list and there is no way in hell I could have done it in gloss let alone black, Looks good Russ
