    Party in the Movie Theater!!
We will have our own (no-host)bar and the run of the Movie Theater
There will be a good blues band and screening of the 2007 Billetproof DVD

I am currently working with the City of Centralia to block off parking outside the hotel and up and down the main street for hot rod parking !!! Way cool.

That kicks ***!!! Nice choice for a pre-party. We were thinking about staying at McMenanmin's, but didn't like the idea of a shared bathroom and the earplugs for the train noise. where is a good place to stay for the show...not to hyjack the thread.

I stayed there a couple years ago for the swap meet and don't remember needing earplugs for the train. The shared bathroom thing is a little different, but it's not too bad. There are about 2-3 rooms per bathroom.

The Olympic hotel is booked up, wedding party.

We will have the run of the theater room and our own bar. There is a nice big pool table room as well. The Olympic Club is a VERY cool old hotel/bar/theater, a GREAT place for the pre-party.

I'm still working on a "host" hotel that will offer us a Billetproof discount. Sometimes its hard convincing a hotel that that there REALLY will be 400-500 cars and a couple thousand people showing up when they have nothing to go on. Will have an update soon.

FEDER, there is plenty of room for a large rig, but the spots dont have concrete pads. if the ground is soft ya might sink a little. Leveling jacks might be an issue as well. I'll ask is any of the spaces have at least a gravel pad.

Dammit! Can you guys push this back one weekend? haha.
I lived in Centralia for a few years and will back the weekend of the 20th-22nd for my friends wedding. Glad to see the twin cities getting some tourist moneys into it. Especially after all the major flooding that happened in the area.
Bring your pool cues. The house ones ****!

  22. Sweet! sounds like everyone will be wedding crashers on Friday night.:)

Thanks for the update on the show. I know all the Emperors including myslef can hardly wait for the show. We'll probably need 2 - 3 hotel rooms if that helps give you a count for a rooms block or rooms rate when talking to the local hotels.

    Kirk,

We'd love to have to stay with us if you can make it to the show. You can even pick the Emperor of your choice to stay with.

Try the King Oscar and Ferryman's Inn in Centralia for group room rates. Right off the 5 plus they are within walking distance from my place!

Danke... been talking with King Oscar, they are the friendliest so far, but they dont know how many rooms they will have open when June rolls around. Seems as though mill workers stay there and book up quite a few rooms.

I'm on the phone all next week and should have us a nice host hotel with a good group rate.

Will post it up when I get something solid.
