  1. Uh you don't get out much do ya?

Trust me if I tell you where you shoyuld get off at on here I'll do the same the next time I'm in Idaho an yes I do p*** through there once in awhile.

I'm not the exception to the rule here. There are a lot of us who are very real on this board. Why do you think the BOSS calls us a bunch of "Hoodlums"

That said don't take offense I'm not made at ya just pointing out a small thruth about the real HAMBers as opposed to the possers. But alot of us come from a different time and place when rodders were not executives, we were not expected to be refined, and most of us really were (are) missfits.

Where do you live in Idaho? I grew up in Meridian and visit often. I'll be up there for the Northwest Motorfest in July at the western Idaho fairgrounds. I usually hang out at the Neorolux in Boise. The owner, Alan, is an old friend of mine.

You should really come down to the salt flats for speedweek. It will blow your mind! You'll meet many of the people posting on this thread and find that they are ALL great people. It helps to put a real world face on the anonymous screen name. Despite the BS and joking that goes down here, most everyone will go out of their way to help a Hamber in need.

I don't have to travel all over the country to meet Hambers. They come to me during speedweek:D.

I can't afford to drive to kansas, though I wish I could. But if you go to the hotrodarama in portland, I might be there. North Idaho/Eastern Washington have some shows (about 4 that are worthwhile), and I really haven't enjoyed one in a while.
oh, and speed week would rock my socks, might have to check that out.

really its like one big family here..and just like big families you always get that one in-law thats a little off..but you keep them around just to lighten it up every now and than.

Best place to come and find out where you are on the evolutionary ladder

  12. Agreed...not that you post stupid ****, about the good people (admittedly, I've posted some stupid ****...once:p). :)

You guys that don't plan to meet HAMBers from all over the world are missing out....that's one of the best parts about this place. I've got a pic of HLRC and myself from Paso around here somewhere...

And dammit Nads...I think I busted a s***ch over here..

Do you live in Idaho by this sign? If so, next time I'll stop by...

I stopped for this pic with HRLC after visiting with a hundred other HAMBers across the US on the way to SPEEDWEEK where I met a bunch more HAMBers.

I've found meeting people at traditional shows more times than not they are on the HAMB or at least lurk on the HAMB.

Oh, man, the family. I swear that I don't have a normal person in the bunch. The rest of my parents families live in So. California, and they are nutz. They are all on pills, all mentally unstable, and all incredibly difficult to get along with, that is why we moved to Idaho, as far north as possible without leaving the lower 48, well sort of. So on that note, I'd rather go to your family reunion than mine, please.
And I am not near the sign, though I have seen it. I live in the North of Idaho, which is like 8 hours away from there.
By the way, where is that sign, I know I drove past it, but I can't remember where. I know it is on the border, but you know, where exactly?

Dang, I hope this doesn't get shut down anytime to soon. In a few hours I am leaving on vacation on the beautiful Pacific Ocean, with stops in Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan, and Cabo San Lucus. I know I will be bored to death the whole time and will need something to make me feel better when I get back. Soooo please keep this up, and mods, don't close it, but, if you have to close it don't delete.
Everyone have fun now and play nice.

My 65 Impala , did the body work and paint myself and the interior myself [ it was an interior kit i did not stich it]
283 ,3 speed. the guts are white my camera is on the blink. My next move is to put on 15" steel wheels with moons and a black pinstripe. I need to decide on tire size first so it sits right . Like most old cars they are never done so then i will tackle the breaks.

    There ya have it.

.....But at least it only has 2 doors.

Are you the same "the Hank" frat boy buddy of my roommate in college that he let stay in my room while I was gone and puked all over my stuff including my Tommy Ivo autographed picture and never bothered to clean it up so I had to put a padlock on my door so when I left for the weekend I didn't have to worry about coming home to puke all over everything???? If so, I don't like you, but your girlfriend was decent looking.

Funny I was just thinking, how is the ratrodding today???
