FWIW...I've been using that name for 6 or 7 years now (it was the vanity plate on my truck), long before Boyd passed away. Out of respect for him I have retired the plates.
So I've been tinkering with photoshop for a while, and maybe you guys could help me out. How'd you take the guy out of the picture? Did you really fill in the background "by hand" or is there a trick I have not yet learned?
"Imagination is a tool not found in the garage" I think we lean on technology to much, when you could just step back, squint your eye and Imagination a new paint & tire combo. Imagination is the foundation of this sport/hobby. I have nothing against "Boyd Who" I just have a softer spot for chop tops and things where portions matter. the $45 an hour comment, well my time has value, just like someone who pinstripes, tattoo's or gives oil changes. (I know you can't send them over the Internet) but you don't here anyone asking for that stuff for free. I'm not trying to make a buck off the H.A.M.B. some people just take this service for granted. I realize we are here to help each other out. but I think the "photshop me" request is a bit abused. (remember that's my opinion) I work in an environment where your always getting dinged for signs, banners, custom birthday cards (for the fat chick in the office), and yes photoshopped images. like right now someone is asking for their stuff so he can leave early and I'm doing it for free. seams like you want to argue more than understand. this is turning into the special Olympics, no matter who wins, you will still be retarded. with all that said, let me say something you Will hardly ever here on the H.A.M.B. I apologize if I offended anyone. I'm not here to make enemies. Now back on topic, Hoseclamp's final version has my vote...
Thanks Poopstain06. I figured I'd help another guy out on here since I got the time. I like to think that if its no skin off my ass then why not, someone will return the favor in time. god knows I'll be looking for help with my own project soon enough.
It's an easy trick, but it will cost you.... just kidding PM me what version of photoshop your using, and I will try to help.
