I live in Westfield, not too far from you. I have a '49. Just finishing putting a 4" drop axle in. Bleed the brakes tonight and it leaves the garage for the first time in awhile.

thanks a ton. the drivetrain is the old tried and true small block chevy 350/ 350 turbo trans.

this coming winter the truck is gonna be sectioned 3 inches. just the cab and the hood. it ia also gonna be painted white...

nice truck, but its kinda funny if you look in the back ground of this picture there is a pile of gravel looks almost like in the bed of your truck, i was thinking man what a cheap way to lower it.

 

that would have been way cheaper then air-ride...

 

all that gravel-hauling wasn`t good....
the rearend went out. it locked up going about 60 mph. it was fun. it somehow came unlocked again and i drove it really slow and made it within a mile from home....dammit.

 

that thing looks scary!
