Anybody else notice the seat belts? Slick installation and I suppose the best part is, you hardly notice them. Very cool!

"Clean" is an adjective that some may think is not very flattering. It's a word that I reserve for the really nice examples and your wagon is one of the cleanest that I've ever seen. What a cool wagon.

This has been one of my favorite cars. You've done a great job. It's really stunning.

  11. Jethro,
Dude that longroof is SSSOOOO COOOL !!!
I picked up a running driving 87 Sub - rusted to the door handles for a donor powertrain for my '61 brookwood. Mine is Schafer Bakery truck blue (tool and equipment solid blue). I got it started with a 600 box, some body repairs and C-3 corvette brakes up front. It has been sitting for awhile - your wagon is inspiration for me, thanks :D:rolleyes:
I'm definately getting mine back on the road now!
I love the matching trailer. Where was that picture taken?
Bravo - good luck keeping those beautiful hides clean...

Thanks guys ! your kind comments mean a lot !
This car has been fun to do and will be even more fun to drive! Gonna try and put on the miles this summer....if you see me flag me down and we'll have a beer or ?

[What did you do to get the gl*** so perfect?]..... Money and good friends!...I ordered a new windshield and was given the right rear quarter gl*** from a good buddy. the rest of the gl*** actually has quite a few scratches from being a family car / carpenters truck.

[ What gauges do you have in the pods?]....Those are from autoloc, they have white face with red needles with a pinstripe design on the face.

[looking smooth jethro....hope to see you in lumby for the cam jammers camp/run....]...Wish I could ,but I'm on shift for those dates unless I can get someone to switch....never know!

Thanks DOB!....I hope you enjoy your project as much as we have!
The picture with the trailer was taken at the summit of the Rogers p*** on the Trans Canada Highway. It's one of the steepest mountain p***es in Canada....Car pulled it no trouble!
