Well I thought I would see how this looks sitting my engine sense I had the intake off, to do some fixing. I finished the mock-up on it.I really like the looks..Air cleaners come up through the radiator supports..Won't beable to use my hood..I will most likely put this on this winter. Want to brake in my engine with the set up I have now..
    Just thought I would share..
    Duane.

Those stacks would look good sticking through the hood.

    Super nice looking handfab manifold.

If I get the one I'm trying to talk my buddy out of for my 27, I'll have to "settle" for four 97s in a row on some old cast aluminum manifold, build headers, come up with a bellhousing, and find a clutch to fit the flywheel.

    Oh Damn!

Duane; You will really like how that small hemi will perform. They just don't runout of wind! I have run a 241 in my '32 for a long time.

DYNODANNY, I had problems after problems..Just finished installing a new oil pump the other fractured it's shaft????? The new one I had the oil shaft radiused. I also had to sand the sleeve, (collar) so the flanges on the pump would mate up with the adaptor on the block. Thanks to Gerry who drove 3 hours to help me..I'm now putting in a new lifter the other new one broke inside..Not sure how to set the lash. I soaked the lifter in oil pumped out the air. I see the push rod in the lifter. I have adjustable rockers with hydraulic lifter.

I think I'll tighten down the adjuster till the I see the push rod start to compress the lifter and take another half turn.. Does that sound right..Not my specialty
I put the intake on to see what it would look like due the Offy 3x2 being off..

Hey that sounds good to me, just don't go more than half turn. I have adjustable push rods so I don't know how thats going to work out.
