what is this?help identify

dont know if this is a he**** or ambulance?1950 chevy.it has a 4 foot wide suicide door on the drivers and p*** side,behind both doors?help me out,thanks

 

i would say ambulance with the suicide door for a guy to hop into the back after they load ya up
