Dallas bike race needs hotrod cars (OT)

Hi all -

I posted weeks ago about a bicycle race that I put on each year. The Meadows Foundation stepped forward and ***umed the cost of security for the event (bless them) so we are now a GO for our 25th consecutive year of racing in Dallas.

I'm looking for anybody interested in coming to the race in the afternoon with their hotrod and showing off to the spectators just prior to the Pro race of the day. Maybe take a lap around the course.

I thought it would be a cool 'gift' to the onlookers to see some traditional hotrods plus a great opportunity for you to display horsepower that bicyclists can only dream of.

I can probably also come up with a parking area to support a small car show. Any interest? Location is near Deep Ellum (Swiss Ave.) and dates are June 14 and 15.

 

I can prolly round up the Coollows to help out. Our shop is right around the corner from Deep Ellum (next to B***' shop).
