I just found out last saturday that there are a few from the area coming down. I remember a while back that they were talking about the burn outs and I think that is what made there final decision. ha ha

I prefer to call them uber-fliers instead of mini posters. Have my packet and distributing accordingly. I hung a bunch up in the dishroom here at the Westin... for some reason no one is interested.

Yeah, I dont think there is a road in Illinois that doesn't suck.

Welcome Inn in Kahoka, MO probably still has a couple rooms left at $50 a night...we stayed there in January and it was decent...

 

How packet do the hotels get? Would I be able to get one Friday night?

 

I can't say for sure if you'll find a room that weekend, but I wouldn't wait much longer to book one...

 

The problem is, I will not have my Rod ready until that week of event. I would hate to reserve a room and not have it road ready for some crazy reason.

 

You're not coming without the hot rod? It's worth coming to the show either way...it's such a blast being in Wayland, I hope you come to the show with or without the ride...

I am dumbass, I am so focused on coming with the Rod I didn't even think about coming without it. Breeder thanks for the hotel info. Are you guys partying Friday night and Saturday night or do people jet back home on Saturday?

 

How far from he hotel to the event is it?

 

Both towns with hotels are within 10 miles of the show...pre-party is Friday night, and Saturday night is the big party night...most people try to go home Sunday...hope to see you there!

I would come but you won't let me in.........., I have a gm tilt column, MustangII w/ pwr rack, and to top it all off I got a/c....Prolly got some billet in there somewhere or could get some...That should get me disqualified...oh well.

Not to mention, I don't have the extra week it would take to get there. I sure would like to kick it with you weirdos. I'm sure y'all will have a killer time!
