I have found a car in Arizona that have no ***le. Is it possible to get a ***le for that car?

yes. You need to get a bond against it, costs $50 - $100 depending on value. MVD will run the #s, if it's in the database. Records are purged after 7 years. This can get messy if there's a death, theft, or anything questionable with the car.

Generally the bonded ***le is the way its done. If the car is still in the DMV database you probably will not get a bonded ***le, you will need to track down the last known ***led owner. The bonded ***le basically allows you to own the car for a stated number of years (its 3 in MN) before they give you a clear ***le to the car. Are you planning to export the car to Sweden? You might want to check with them if they will accept the bonded ***le. You can get usually get basic info on the bonded ***les from the state's website.

That was the answer I was expecting and I don't know how they deal with export/import of the bonded ***le, because technically it is not a clear ***le. If the car remains in the States it is fairly easy to track it down if a ***le issue arises during the bond.

There are other ways that the current owner can get clear a ***le for the car such as the ***le service listed above (depending on the age of the car), they fit into a legal black hole. In some states old cars are not ***led and transfered only with a bill of sale, so you transfer it to the ***le service, then they provide the paperwork to get it ***led in a ***le state. The only problem with this is that more and more states have made it more difficult to use those services. I can't say how AZ deals with that.

    Good luck!

How much is this car, where is it in Arizona, and what do you need off of it? Its a long shot, maybe I can help you get what you need off of it.
