i need a 2'' wide flex or one with bends so i can hook my gas tank to the filler on my roadster. can you use radiator hose its not going to be that long like 5-6 inchs long or so. thanks billy
I got mine at my friendly local auto parts store. It is not very flexible though. Kinda expensive too.
NAPA is probably your best bet, they should be able to cut you what you need off a length of hose. They show a couple of pieces here with 90 degree bends. you have to pick through the listings to find the two inch hoses. http://www.napaonline.com/MasterPag...se&KeywordCat=Fuel+Filler+Neck+Hose&VehCode=N
I second this... You can find alot of little odds and ends in the boat store, thicker fuel line is one of them.
Get a muffler shop to bend up a tube for you if you need bends. Use the special $$$ fuel hose as couplings at the tank and filler neck. Macs has the short hoses that Ford used as couplings. As someone said the special hose is not as flexible as a radiator hose.
