    Sending out prayers for Shawn.

Shawn is a great guy, and we've known each other since we were kids.

Sorry to hear, keep us posted.

yes the whole family needs our prayers . I have known Shawn's dad Ted for over 25 years . the Spiwak 's have been members of the Rodiques for over 32 years . I have watched Shawn grow into the fine young man he is. All of our prayers are needed

Just wanted to give you all an update on Shawn our fellow Punk Rod member.
I went and saw Shawn last week and he is doing great!!! So well that he may be released in 3-4 weeks.
Shawn suffered serious burns in his mishap when he was electrocuted while working on power lines in KC. He lost his right arm and right leg. He is a great striper and he told me that he wants to train himself to use his left hand to start painting again!!! He is a stronger person than I will ever be.
All of you would be impressed as his room, in the Burn Center at KU
med Center, is totally customized with tons of art, pictures of hot rods and of his wonderful family.
You thoughts have been felt and made Shawn a stronger man and he informed me that the limbs missing are no big deal, because he has so much to live for since he has two wonderful children.

Shawn is doing well. He is a determined man. I went and saw him at his house a few weeks back and he was just itching to get out in the garage and work on his truck!! Punk Rod Dave talked to him last week and Shawn stated that he is GOING TO DRIVE his truck down to GREASERAMA. That kicks ass!!! He will be there so if you get a chance stop by tell him hello and keep his encouragement and drive going. He will appreciate it, I am sure.
