I hope this can be done, not my pic and not up on all the legal stuff. $75 to the HAMBer that can render this '32 artistically with out f’ng it up! and make this car more than it already is, and $75 to the Jalopy Journal for your work. I really can’t remember when a car enamored me so…This was auctioned on the site that has become a necessary evil in our lives, well mine anyway as I can do that from a hotel room. My wife and I debated and argued the whole time this ’32 was listed and she won, mostly because she is right, until my job slows down I just don’t have the time. I hope the person that scored this knows what they have. That said I probably wouldn’t have done a damn thing if we had leaped on the “buy it now”. Still. I would like to see what could be.

Don’t be scared, hell, maybe the owner is on here and needs some subtle hints. Those of you that do the renderings on here blow me away. Go for it!!!

    color? stance? wheels? chop?

Two rules. Fenders stay and you have to use the side (1st pic) profile provided. I am home for awhile and can quickly email the pic if you need that.

Quite simple really, my opinion gets you $75.

This ends May 6th, 8:00 pm central.

    Hat's off to you sir!

it's about time someone offered an incentive to all the Photoshoper's, instead of just treating this like it's a free service.

    (quickies are fine).....:D

Angle chop 1 1/2 at back 2 in front. Rear of top slight crown removal giving a rounder edge. Kind of an inbetween 32-33 curve.
Sectioned 1 1/2 inches. Headlight lowered and moved back closer to the line of grill. contour of back edge of front fender to get rid of the sudden angle of the fender going up done more like a 28 fender edge. Rear wheel moved back center in fender, high point of wheel in line with high point of fender. Same done to front wheel. front pillar slightly angled back. lowered centering rear wheel. Dropped in front but not too much just enough to bury the wheel a little. Leave the cowl lights.Thats all I think.

Mods: lowered, altered stance; shaved door handles, some chrome doodads; chopped roof; channeled (i never cared for the gap between the body and the fender for the rails) and sectioned just in the rear fenders to keep the body line going over the fenders; fenders modified; body itself is tilted slightly down in the front; doors radiused; engine side covers removed; select body panels striped, and ghosted highlights/fades within each striped panel.

i kept the wheels and the blackwalls. given the right stance this wheel and tire combo looks 40's and 50's period correct but still very aggressive.

I apologize for the delay…life, or well work and now this “Virtumonde” virus on my pc that throws up these other sites and lets you only type half a sentence and slows the pc to a crawl. I am typing this in word so I can copy/paste.

That said. Upon much reflection, mostly hers :) LOWCAB please pm your address. Since this is way over I will pm you also. I will take care of the HAMB end of this also. ALL were great. evilgenius blew us away but you came in after the end of the auction as well as some others that were very nicely done. I won’t say what the pluses are for us because I don’t want to state what wasn’t. Thanks folks!!!

The reason for not buying this ’32 is quite simply right now I would f’ it up. I finally have my life back sort of with the boat we have been building now in Florida. I want to drag race and I am not rich. It’s that car and cruising or a different car and racing. She is right again damn it :)
