Drilling nuts for safety wire??

    Anyone got any good techniques or an easy to make jig?

    jig or drill press with a vise.... the jigs are cheap...

    Thanks Gregg.

    Anyone used one of these fixtures? I can see the basic idea but it looks as though the bolt head sits in a round hole rather than a hex. Just wondering how the bolt or nut is secured so it can't **** while being drilled.

    Airplane guys are using the same idea that has been suggested. Know anybody that's into homebuilt airplanes? Or a buddy of a buddy?
