Front Spring For 34 Rod

    Looking for advice on a spring and how to mount it... Spring measures are 40 3/8'' I believe it to be a 42 Ford Front axle... Any advice would be nice.... Thank's

    Go back and edit your ***le to remove the word "rat" - it'll save yourself a LOT of grief. Then read some posts and get a feel for this place.

    Alot of guys will drill the wishbones behind the axle and weld in spring perches to run a Model A spring. Hope this helps.

    I didn't think they made Ratrods in 1934...
     
  5. depends on how you want to mount it.
    posies makes a spring for a spring over application or you can engineer an arrangement for a spring behind deal.
