1956 ford vin #

Hello can anybody tell me were to find the vin # on a 1956 ford 2 door wagon. The door tag is gone so is there one on the frame. thanks

 

Yes. I think it was on the top side of the frame in the front on the right side. It's been about 20 years ago when I saw it so that might not be quite the location but the frame is indeed stamped.

 

Yes, the VIN is stamped on top side of frame in front of right side.
