Punching louvers in Central Ohio?

Hey anybody punching louvers in Central Ohio? I'm in Columbus, I heard of a fella in Dayton, Diver Dan?

 

I've been to central Ohio. Sure, it sucks. But why do you want to punch louvers in it?
