36 chevy truck grille

    im looking for a 36 chevy truck grille shell, can anyone tell me if any other years that used the same grille shell ?

  3. I believe that 34-36 are the same basically. If my memory serves me, someone makes a glass one but I cant remember who. Anyway, an original should not be that hard to find as it seems there is a ton of 36's poping up now . I've had mine since 79 and at that time it seemed like I had the only one in the world !!     34-36 are the same,but 36 had the emblem in it-no big deal. ---bil

    34-35 had the emblem on the grill shell which was bolted on. You can tell the 34-35 by the hole in the top center of the "trim" to the shell. 36 did not have the chevy emblem and no hole. 36 was a split year design with the high cab and the low cab, at the end of the year. The 36 High version may have still had the emblem.
