I was reading the post that Bad Bob made the other day about having trouble getting his front end aligned on his Merc. I need to get mine aligned this week before the rust revival, I don't want the inside tread on my brand new Firestones bald when I get back. (not to mention the safety factor) Do you guys know anyone locally that will do it, h***le free and cheap? It's just the stock suspension and steering setup with one coil cut. The front end feels nice and tight but I am sure that there is some worn out parts on it. But I just want it aligned not fed a bunch of **** about how they need to replace everything cause they want my $$$. It's a 53 Dodge and I even have a service manual that tells you the specs and how to adjust everything. I would really like to get it done tomorrow, I can wait all day for an opening if need be. Thanks.
I'd take it to Leifers, it's across the street from my house They have tons of the old spec books. Definatly has helped me out a time or two.
Depleted uranium - you know - an ailing element. Or as Sherlock Holmes would have it "allimentary my dear Watson".
