Just a reminder that kkoa 25th anniversary show is coming up June 13-15. so dont forget to come and check it out alot of nice kustoms and a decent swap meet... so if your into kustoms this is where you wanna be and I heard theres a lot of pre registers this year already... https://bransonsecure.com/k/events.htm so just curious who else is going besides me and a few friends of mine some previous pics...
I wouldn't miss it for anything! I'm bringing the 61 Dodge, Vic is bringing the Kopper Kart. Been to every single one of these events, since it started in Virginia Beach in 84.
Haven't shown my 49 Merc any farther east than Ohio, but will be going this year.Maybe some of the east coast guys might enjoy seeing it up close? TwoChops
I'll be goin. Last time I was there was 1991 so I figure I'm about due. Might even have the roof flaked on the fairlane by then
definitely going,,,,, wouldnt miss it,,attendance has been down the past few years, but something tells me this one will be good..... also heard rumors that this may be the last one,,,,hope that's not true!
ya i heard the samething that it might be the last, sure hope not, even tho there isnt as much cars as some the other shows just about all the cars are awesome
Thanks for the reminder. I'll be there but just as a spectator and to check out the swap meet. It's a great show for Customs.
Are you haveing the cars in the square Friday night like last year? Brought the wife and grandson and had a great time.
According to the KKOA web site, 30 kustoms will be parked around the square in Gettysburg again on Friday night, too bad there isn't room for more customs on the square.
I'll be there Friday, but then off to fishing with my dad. Wouldn't miss a chance at that for the world. Sorry, but I do have one priority over cars (just one).
I will be there too.Representing NJ.Only missed a couple.Been going since '86.Plus a few spectaculars
I cant wait, less than A week, i might be wrong but i think theres a cruise around town friday... were leaving friday 5 in the morning
anyone know what time things start shutting down on sunday and how much is it for spectators to get in? i wish i could make it saturday...but i figured its ok to miss if your picking up the start of a custom car project thanks Zach
Spectator admission is $8 today, $10 on Saturday, and $5 on Sunday. Sounds like about 1/2 the cars stick around on Sunday, but probably still worth a drive to Biglersville if you can't make it on Saturday. Really anxious to see you branch into the world of Customs, Zach. With your metal forming skills, there should be some great stuff on the horizon.
Drove up for the day today, Friday, maybe a couple hundred cars on the show field. Some cool traditional rods and customs but a lot of street rods and even a few late model stock cars. Reminds me of Nascar "field fillers" of a few years back. Hopefully there will be a lot more "Kemps" Saturday and Sunday.
