Quite a few. Every car I know of around here with a YOM plate on a 1939 is running that plate.

Let a friend of mine store his 1939 Plymouth coupe in my garage for about a year; it had those plates on it. He wanted to sell me the car, but I had too much on my plate already. Now I sort of wished I had. 1939 Plymouths were the only year that had "square" headlights. It needed a lot of patch work and had been thrown together by someone less than talented. Friend bought it that way. 350 SBC, 350 TH trans, 10 bolt rear. Had a gear drive and sounded terrible. Interior was essentially stock.
