Problems Heading to York !!!

    The problem area is mostly in West Hempfield Township, just before Columbia and before you cross the Susqehanna River.:(

    It been the same for the past few years ..what's a alternate route from New Holland / rt 23
     
  5. Thanks for the heads up Al. I had trouble viewing the video due to my crummy dial-up. Are the problems more on the East side of York or the West side ?

    Just get off 30 at the centerville exit, head soouth 1 mile and take 462 (Lincoln Highway). Other than that you'd either have to go through H-burg, or almost to MD and cross the river.

    That may be the best. From New Holland you could also back up 222 to the Turnpike and down 83. It's longer that way, but there's probably less traffic and you can also go faster.
