So a week or so ago I posted about going to Brian's party near Dayton, Oh. Well I went, along with Denise, and my buddy Buckle. We had a great time, all three of us drove our cars (and Buckle's wife followed in thier minivan) from Detroit to Dayton. The weather was perfect and the show was a very cool and laid back. I had a great time. I took some pictures but I think Denise will be doing a much more detailed post later. Big Olds and the Brookwood cruising south on I-75 First gas stop Findlay Oh Greg's Nova, 383 tire burner ready to head back out My view most of the way down, Brian has a very cool layout with TONS of room and some very cool stuff, Shortly after we arrived, Megan and Matt made it in Megan's Chevy, More to follow,
Brian's family crusier, the trailer is simply *****en, Very cool Model A Sweet little scoot, After looking at the cars, Buckle decided it was time to get the mini bikes out of the wagon, Damn, how does he keep the chicks off him? I think Denise has movies of Buckle, Brian, and myself on the minis and Brian's Cushman, After that things got fuzzy for me, I drank WAY too much, I did however get a picture of Brian supervising a work relase program on the road. Later in the evening after most of the locals left we set up our tents and had a campfire right next to the cars. My head must have cleared up some, because I did manage to snap some pictures before I p***ed out, Megan, Denise, and Brian, Buckle laughing at one of my clever jokes, Buckle and Matt listening to some stories, Megan telling a story about her crash, it gets better, Megan Showing us her scar, yeah, no comment needed.... OK OK IT'S EDITED NOW After that things get real blurry and one by one we all head to our tents. I didn't take any pictures the next day, what do you want, I drank 21 beers! But hopefully Denise will post pictures/movies of the hangover minibike race. A big thanks to Denise, Buckle, and AmTrack for cruising with me on the first road trip. A HUGE THANK YOU to Brian for throwing a great show and party. It was really fun, and if your near Dayton next memorial day you should stop by.
EDIT: LOL, perfect! We had way too much fun for less than 10 people! The Usual Suspects are so dreamy...especially on their mini-bikes!
He was not only there, but I got a couple pix of him sober. I know, hard to believe... Even thought I didn't have my coupe there due to that damn clutch, I still had a great time and stayed way longer then I expected. Vance
You Know Squiggy was there, Brian snapped a few pictures of him on the Cushman. Funny thing is he split pretty early with a chick to go Kareoke (sp?) Some day I want to watch him sing! She won't kill me now
Priceless...but now BUCKLE will kill you...or maybe not. He might actually like being that close to Megan's ****.
He wont kill me for putting him on Megan's ****, he'll kill me for that photo, it's kind of infamous around here. Let's just say Buckle was overserved the night that photo was taken.
Oh man, I just saw this thread, ha ha ha. I had an awesome time with you all. The pictures are great (although the ones of me I'm not sure really caputured my good side). I have to say Brian did an awesome job putting on this car show. Camping out there was great, it was super country quiet and not a lot of light pollution so seeing the clear sky was really great. I stayed up for quite a while after everyone went to bed and I figured out that Aaron was safely p***ed out in his bed (I had been looking for him using my cell phone as a light because I feared he fell in the creek when he went to take a piss, I never saw him come back, weird, maybe he pissed in the tent). Brian, Is it too early to pre-register for next year . Buckle
What A great Time...Lots of cars and bikes coming in and out all day....This is what a car show,Cruz in, meet and greet, is all about! meeting new friends and seeing old ones. I'll see y'all soon. Bill
