The MN Kropdusters are bound for Wayland as I type, taking John's '49 Plymouth and a trailer with someone's '53 Stude fibergl*** frontend on it...there'd better be beer and women waiting for us when we get there...
We're about 1/3 the way through Iowa, it's cold and rainy with no windshield wipers and no heater motor...hopefully it'll dry up by the time we get there...hahaha
If you're heading down I-35 then you're probably p***ing 100 yards from me right now. Should I go outside and wave?
We went down 63/380/27...It's ****in nice out south of Cedar Rapids, we're about 2 hours from Wayland...
30 miles to Wayland, and we're running on 5 cylinders (barely)...who knows what the problem is, but hopefully we can get it fixed before we leave...
********************************************** Damn! You went through my town, and I had to be working for some bucks. Had I known, I could have waved at you. Roger
I am suppose to leave at 8:00 am friday. It is friggin stormin here and the Fn dog escaped from the kennel. (damn storm). The girlfriend is supposedly still working. Its her dog too. So I hope to still leave at 8:00 am.

Yeah, I met a bunch of the TB's at RBI on the Wednesday night cruise. They were pumped about the show. That cruise might turn into something good if it would ever warm up!
Yeah, if anyone has a distributor cap for a '49 Plymouth 217 flathead 6 where the cap has an external locating tab, bring it with please...we're hoping we can get one in...
I'm not able to find one with the outside locating tab here so far, they have 3 with the internal and dont show a different part number for it .Do you have any part numbers or something to tell them to get the right one? Im leaving in an hour or so. Mike
We got the parts store to order a bunch of different ones, John thinks he may have put an earlier distributor in from a '47...hopefully tomorrow at 7am we'll have our cap and rotor...thanks guys
