Anybody remember the Originals by Monte decals? Know anything about Don "Monte" Monteverde? Have any pics of cars striped by Monte? Seems like this would be the place to ask... I am really interested in looking at Monte striping and paint work, but anything would be nice. Information, stories, pics - what have ya got?
Monte, apparently, did a good bit of striping work in So-Cal in the fifties - that I am really interested in. He also designed the original logo for the Jesters MC, rode a hopped up Indian while a member of the club. Info on that would be cool... Monte is probably most remembered for his decals. So, what do you know? What do you remember?

Bill is a pal of mine...we were talking about it this past weekend. I thought I would see if the HAMB had anything. Haven't seen any mention of the guy in the little books, so I am just poking around.
