i thought I might be there since I got the car going better than ever, think again. Of course I get scheduled to work hours i'm usually NEVER scheduled for, just since theres something I'd actually like to do. I was really wanting to get some striping done as well....oh well...
of course i'll be there. been working all day to get the 66 tbird interior in the buick. got swivel bases but had to ditch that idea for now and have been having to get creative with brackets to get the buckets in. got the drivers side done headin back out to the the passenger in a little bit. the rest of the howlers are at least a bunch of will be there and of course Igor will be striping. had planned to do a scallop job on the roof before then but the interior thing has set me back big time...ken....
what's the schedule like on sunday? is it worth coming up for that day only? i've gotta "work" in FL thru sat nite and can only make it sunday. is the car show still saturday only? this happens to me every year... brandon

Is it still held in that HOT-assed building? I went 2 years ago. Man it was way to hot for me... I'm a puss. I still have my Longest Drive trophy... it rides around in my car. I love being able to tell my dad, when he tells me what a p.o.s. my 49 is, "hey, its an award-winning p.o.s."!!

maybe I'll be there, apparently my work wants to assholes about me missing a meeting and took away ALL my hours besides the one day I asked off, which is saturday. SO I might not have that job anymore by then. Ken if you want help with yer car you can always come pick me up since I'm off work, heh. We could get that roof done in no time, if work wasn't screwing me on hours I'd drive up there and help ya out, but it'd take like $35-40 in gas to come out since the poncho is the only thing i have to drive right now.
yeah work screwed me to. i was supposed to be off around lunch thurs and fri but now have to work late thurs and maybe friday to. had planned on maybe doing it thurs but looks like thats out now. guess the tbird guts will be the only new thing this year. call in sick, but do it on friday. you will probably still have a job then. just say you've got a virus and you'll call sat if your not better. my employees used to do this alot and i'd let 'em get away with it because at least they gave me a day to find someone and didn't just screw me. jobs gotta love 'em. every other week i'm out around 11 on thurs and fri not this week. might still try it if i get out early enough on thurs but i doubt it. come to hrw bitch...ken....
theres no way I can get outta work, I can't afford to lose the job and they're gonna be shorthanded even with me there. Too many people on vacation and shit...I'm not even gonna try to go to any car events anymore, shit just never works out if i plan to go. I didn't plan to go to goodguys and I went, so I'm gonna just keep sayin' "fuck it" and see what happens....I was really wanting to get up there saturday though, got the poncho running real smooth now after the tune up today....

Hey Jay... Yeah it's me! I'll be meeting up with you guys at Errol's in the AM! Looking fwd to rolling up with you guys and having 4 days off.... been working 6 day weeks for about 4-5 months now. Time for a beer, dip in the pool, and check out the infamous Heavy Rebel Weekend!!!!
