I'll be there, but as crew chief for one of the nostalgia funny cars. Come in the pits and look for the "Dunn & Gone" 68 Nova funny car. I'll be the short fat guy dressed in black (I do the clutch work on the car). I'll make sure you get a good whiff of nitro.

I'll be covering the show again this year for Rod and Kulture . No Kustombuilder though. He has to stay in Michigan to cover Billetproof. I have never missed a Billetproof Detroit show until now. It sucks that they are on the same weekend. I'll be there some time early Sat. morning with my camera.

I thought by saying something I would not have bad luck, but late last week I broke my Muncie 4 speed, rebuildable but its broke bad! I thought 'ole Murphy had me down for the count. Luckily I found an awesome used Muncie on Craig's list and bought it Saturday and put it in, hell it is better than "newly rebuilt" one I put in it 2 years ago. Quiet, tight, nicely clicks into gear without feeling vague. The best thing about billet wheeled muscle car guys is they have too much money in their car and drive them easy so they don't break them and they always sell the great old shit like Muncie 4 speeds for cheap so they can get money to buy the 5 speed overdrive Tremecs because the car magazines told them they are the best.
